Effective 2026-10-28
1. How to report
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Abuse report". One report per incident helps us act faster.
2. What to include
- The IP address or URL involved.
- What happened, with dates and times and the time zone.
- Evidence: log lines, full email headers for spam or phishing, or packet captures for attacks.
- How we can reach you if we have questions.
3. Child sexual abuse material
Report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org and to us. Do not send the material itself; send the location.
4. Copyright
Copyright complaints follow the Copyright Policy, which sets out what a notice must contain.
5. What happens next
We review each report under the Acceptable Use Policy. Valid reports go to the customer, who is expected to respond within 48 hours, or sooner where there is active harm. Where harm is ongoing we can act first, for example by null-routing an address. We do not share your contact details with the customer unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Copyright notices, including the sender's contact details, are forwarded to the customer as the Copyright Policy describes.
