1. Who we are
Wells Software Consulting LLC, doing business as Execore Hosting, decides how the personal information described here is used. Contact: 1 E Erie St, Suite 525-2098, Chicago, IL 60611, (312) 313-3883, [email protected].
2. What we collect
- What you send us: name, email, company, phone, and the content of order requests, contact forms and support tickets.
- Account and billing: billing contact and address, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website use: pages viewed, the referring website, and whether a form was submitted.
- Security data: server and form logs, including IP addresses, used to protect the Services and investigate abuse.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser information on our forms to tell people from bots, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We and our providers use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for security and for signing in and paying: Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare network protection on our site and forms, our client area session, and Stripe fraud prevention on payment pages. Page visits are counted with a hash that changes every day, and IP addresses are not stored with page views.
Our site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals, because we do not track you across other websites and we do not allow third parties to do so on our site.
4. How we use it
To answer requests, provide and bill the Services, give support, protect the network and our customers, meet legal obligations, and, with your consent, send product news. Every marketing email includes our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it with service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations (data center and network operators, payment processing, email delivery, bot protection and backup storage), with RentServers.com, another brand operated by Wells Software Consulting LLC, when you ask about GPU servers, multiple servers or colocation, and when the law requires it or it is needed to protect rights and safety.
6. Data on your servers
Data stored on your servers belongs to you. We access it only to provide services you ordered, such as restoring a backup, to keep the network safe, or when the law requires. For personal information you process on your servers, you decide how it is used and we act on your instructions.
7. How long we keep it

We may keep records longer when the law, legal process or a preservation request requires it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's law. Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Security and breaches
We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and least-privilege staff access. If a breach affects your personal information, we notify you, and authorities where required, as the law requires, including the Illinois Attorney General when a breach affects more than 500 Illinois residents.
10. Children
The Services are for adults 18 and older. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We post changes here with a new effective date, and tell customers about material changes.
